About the event
Sports 101 is an introductory multi-sport program built for the high energy and growing bodies of kids ages 4 to 6. Our goal is to build a toolbox of physical skills while sparking a real love for movement, teamwork, and play.
At this age, it's not about the scoreboard. We focus on the fundamental motor skills that every sport is built on, in a safe, non-competitive setting where mistakes are part of the fun. Kids leave each session more confident and ready for the next big-kid league.
