Welcome to the Sahuarita Teen Advisory Council (STAC)!

The STAC program began in 2007 at the request of the Mayor at that time. The program is assigned to the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department (PRCS), which provides staff mentors/advisors, oversight, facilitation, and budget. STAC is comprised of up to 25 teen members from the Sahuarita area. Its mission and purpose is to provide teens in Sahuarita with the opportunity to learn from their experiences through the program's four main components:

Along with putting on its own free teen-centric events throughout the year, STAC participates in Town events by volunteering and leading projects and activities. Teen volunteers are welcome and encouraged to join the group!
