Event FAQ's

GENERAL EVENT INFO: What is Fiesta Sahuarita? Fiesta Sahuarita is the Town of Sahuarita’s annual community celebration. The 2026 theme is “The Wildest Fiesta in the West!” Expect live music, performances, food trucks, vendors, kids’ activities, a drone show, and more. When and where is the event? Date: Saturday, April 18, 2026 Time: 2 PM – 8 PM Location: Anamax Park, Sahuarita, AZ

PARKING, SHUTTLES, AND TRANSPORTATION: Is there on‑site parking? No. There is no general on‑site parking for attendees at Anamax Park. Where can I park? Shuttle parking is available at: Town Hall La Villita Community Center All SUSD lots Rancho Sahuarita Clubhouse LDS Church south of Town Hall Is there a shuttle? Yes! Shuttle Hours: 1:30 PM – 9:00 PM Pick‑Up Locations: Town of Sahuarita Ride Share Lot Rancho Sahuarita Clubhouse Shuttles run approximately every 15 minutes. Will any roads be closed? Yes. S. Camino de las Quintas will have temporary traffic control beginning at 12 PM on April 18. Southbound lane closed Northbound lane open only to authorized vehicles (residents, vendors, ADA access, shuttles, VIPs, drop‑off) Can I bring strollers on the shuttles? Yes, strollers are welcome on the shuttles. There will be underbus storage available to use at your own risk. SUSD and the Town of Sahuarita are not responsible for any damages.

VENDORS: What kinds of vendors will be there? A variety of market vendors, food trucks, and community booths will be on-site. To view and event map and a list of vendors, head to the event map section below. What time will vendors be open? Vendors will operate 2 PM – 8 PM.

LA CANTINA DE FIESTA: Is alcohol available at the event? Yes. Alcohol is served only inside La Cantina de Fiesta, the designated liquor garden. Which alcohol vendors will be there? Whiskey Del Bac Dragoon Brewery Absolut Bartending Harbottle Brewing Company Ray Ray’s Sonoran Spirit Tea Where can alcohol be consumed? Alcohol must remain within Fields 1–3, but not in our south field where the kids zone is located. “No Alcohol Beyond This Point” signs will mark the boundaries. What is the boot koozie and punch card? Attendees may purchase a Fiesta Sahuarita boot koozie: $10 pre‑sale $12 on‑site Includes a 4‑punch sampling card (each punch = 1 oz sample). To purchase your ticket, head to our catalog on our website. Who can participate? Anyone 21+ with a valid government‑issued ID. ID checks and 21+ stamps are required.

KID ZONE & ATTRACTIONS What attractions will be at Fiesta this year? This year, the Kids Zone will feature a rockwall, zipline, and water slides. The Anamax Splashpad will also be officially reopening, so be sure to pack your towels, suits and anything else you might need! What else will there be to do for fun? We encourage you to visit the Children' Entrepreneur Market also in the Kid Zone! We will also have a variety of live music performances and dance performances on the stage!

Event Parking

  • Shuttles will be available to take attendees to and from the event.

 

  • Shuttles will run from 1:30 PM – 9 PM 

  • Shuttles will be picking up attendees every 15 minutes from TOS Ride Share Lot and Rancho Sahuarita Clubhouse. 

  • Shuttle parking will be available at Town Hall, La Villita Community Center, all SUSD lots, Rancho Sahuarita Clubhouse, and the LDS Church south of Town Hall.

  • Under-bus storage is available for use in stowing strollers and other large items while using the shuttle. Using under-bus storage is at your own risk, and SUSD and the Town of Sahuarita are not liable for any damage that may result.

 

  • There will be no on-site parking for attendees overseen by the Town of Sahuarita. 

  • Event attendee drop off will be available in the Anamax Recreation Center off Camino de las Quintas (drop off only, no parking).

  • Limited handicapped parking will be available from the Anamax North Parking Lot. 

  • Accessible shuttles will be available for those who may need it.

  • Temporary traffic control measures will be implemented along South bound Camino De Las Quintas during the event duration to support event operations and ensure public safety. The southbound travel lane will be closed, with northbound traffic maintained for authorized vehicles only, including residents, vendors, service providers, VIPs, shuttle buses, ADA access, and general event drop-off.

La Cantina de Fiesta

La Cantina de Fiesta (Fiesta Liquor Garden) is a new event experience open to all 21+ attendees during Fiesta Sahuarita on April 18th, 2 - 8 PM. This optional purchase enhances your event experience and includes a commemorative cowboy boot koozie and a sampling punch card (four 1-oz samples) redeemable at participating alcohol vendors!

 

Register online, and present your receipt ticket at the La Cantina ticket booth to get your punch pass and commemorative koozie!

On-site tickets will be $12

Young Artists Contest Winners!

This year, our contest participants (local K - 12 students) were asked to draw our Saguaro Cactus Mascot "Spike" doing some of their favorite activities or visiting their favorite places around Sahuarita!

Three of the winning designs were used to create custom Spike trading cards we will be giving away at Fiesta Sahaurita, and 2 designs were selected to be included in the event's finale drone show!
